You can find us on Maruthamalai Main Road in Vadavalli, right near the bus stand. Because we are so close to where the buses stop, it is always a bit hectic around here. People are constantly rushing in to grab something before their bus leaves, and the noise from the street never really stops. We have been in Coimbatore for a long time, and this spot in Vadavalli feels like home to us now. The bakery has glass cases filled with whatever we finished baking that morning. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing team. It is just us and the ovens. The smell of bread and sugar usually fills the air by seven in the morning. We spend a lot of time cleaning up flour and packing boxes for people taking treats home. The tables are basic and the lighting is just standard bulbs. On rainy days, the floor gets a bit muddy from all the foot traffic, so we keep a mop handy at all times. It is a simple life, really. We see the same school kids and office goers every single day. We don't try to be anything we are not. If you are around the Vadavalli bus stand, you will see our sign. We just keep the shelves stocked and hope the oven behaves itself. It is a lot of standing on our feet, but we are used to it by now.
