Jaaysai Biryani Centre

Jaaysai Biryani Centre is over at No 577 on Sundaram Street in the R S Puram area. We are quite close to Gandhi Park, so it is a spot many people know. Coimbatore can get quite warm, so we try to keep the place as comfortable as we can for anyone coming in. We are mostly focused on our biryani because that is what people ask for the most. It is a small operation, not a big chain or anything. We spend a lot of time in the morning getting the rice and the spices ready. The street outside is usually busy with people going to the park or shopping nearby. It is a local kind of place where you don't have to dress up or anything. We have been in R S Puram for a while and we know the neighborhood well. The walls are simple and we don't have any big flashy screens. It is just about the food and getting it to the table. Some days we run out of things earlier than expected if it’s a holiday. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. It’s just us and the kitchen. If you are around Sundaram Street, you can probably smell what we are cooking. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is a straightforward business with no hidden extras, just a place to eat in Coimbatore. We like being part of this community on Sundaram Street.
