Our place, Gayathri Bhavan Restaurant, is situated on Nehru Street in the Gandhipuram area of Coimbatore. This part of the city is always buzzing with some kind of activity. There are shops all around us and people constantly walking by looking for things to buy. We are at number 7/9, right in the thick of everything. It’s a traditional kind of spot where we just focus on the daily grind. The morning starts pretty early for us, getting everything ready before the big crowds arrive. Nehru Street can get quite cramped with vehicles and shoppers, especially when the weekend rolls around. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Coimbatore over the years, but this neighborhood always stays busy. It's a simple setup we have here. We don't spend much time on fancy things; we just make sure we are ready for the people who walk through the door. Sometimes the rush is a bit much to handle, and we have to move fast to keep up with everyone. Most of our customers are locals who work nearby or people who are out doing their shopping for the day. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local restaurant trying to provide a place for people to sit. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our feet. If you are ever around Gandhipuram, you’ll find us easily on Nehru Street. We just keep doing what we know.
