Dhum Biriyani

It is pretty busy here at Shop No 115 on 7th Street Extension. We are right on the 100 Feet Road in Gandhipuram. Most people know us because we are so close to CSR Hospital. We spend our days making biriyani. That is what we do. It is hot in the kitchen but we keep going. The morning starts early with the rice and spices. We have been in Coimbatore for a while now. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when the lunch crowd comes in from the hospital nearby. We just try to get the food out on time. There is not much fancy about the place. It is just a shop where you can eat. We use the address 641012 for our mail. People stop by while they are out shopping in Gandhipuram. It is a good spot for a quick meal. Sometimes we run out of things if it gets too crowded. We do not have a big team, just a few of us working together. If you are walking down 100 Feet Road, you will see the sign. We try to keep things clean and simple. There is always a lot of noise from the traffic outside. That is just how it is in this part of town. We are just a local spot for biriyani lovers in the area. Nothing more to it really. It is just how we run the business every single day of the week. We are always here.
