Craftsman Electric

We’ve been at 33, Kasturi Bai St. No. 3 for quite a while now. Most people around Ganapathy know the spot. It’s just us here at Craftsman Electric, dealing with wires and parts every day. Some days the shop is a bit messy with boxes, but that’s how it goes when you’re busy. We don’t have a fancy office or anything like that. Just a counter and some shelves. People stop by when their lights flicker or if they need a specific part for a project. We try to keep things moving. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially when the sun hits the street just right. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit if it’s quiet. We handle local jobs mostly. It’s not a big operation, just a handful of us making sure things work. If you walk down St. No. 3, you’ll see our sign. It’s been there long enough that the paint is starting to peel a little at the edges. We don't mind. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny building. We just want to get the work done and go home. Usually, there’s a tea stall nearby we visit twice a day. It’s a simple life. We know the neighbors. We know which houses have old wiring. That’s what happens when you stay in one place for years. We just keep doing what we do every day without much fuss or bother to anyone.
