We are located at 6C/4 on Sri Ram Nagar II cross street in Thiruvanmiyur. It is a fairly quiet neighborhood compared to the main roads, which we like. We deal with realty stuff from this small office. Most days it is just a couple of us here drinking tea and looking over property listings. Thiruvanmiyur has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings going up everywhere. We see people coming in who are looking for a place near the beach or just somewhere quiet to live. Our office is not fancy at all. We have some old chairs and a lot of files piled up in the corners. We spend a lot of time walking to different sites nearby to check on things. The sea breeze reaches us sometimes when the wind is right. We just handle the basic work of buying and selling property without making it complicated. It is a lot of checking titles and meeting with lawyers. We do not have a big sign or a polished front desk. People usually find us by word of mouth or by just walking down the street. We’ve been in Sriram Nagar for a while now and we know the area pretty well. It is a decent spot for a real estate business. We just do our work and try to help people figure out their housing needs without any big promises.
