Our office is located at 3, on the first floor of Malavika Avenue. Being right near the HDFC Bank makes it pretty simple for people to find us when they are out doing their errands. We have been working out of this space for a while now, handling all the different things that come with real estate in this area. It is not a very large office, just a couple of rooms where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking for a place to stay or want to sell their land. You have to walk up the stairs since we are on the first floor. It stays fairly busy because of the bank nearby, so there is always some noise from the street coming in through the windows. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or looking over documents to make sure everything is in order. It is just regular work for us. We don't have any big speeches or fancy presentations. If someone walks in, we just sit down and talk about what they need. Sometimes the days are long, especially when there are a lot of properties to look at, but we manage. Malavika Avenue is a nice spot to be based. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the regular people who walk past every day. It feels like a good community to be a part of and it keeps us busy throughout the year.
