Jrg Home Link is run out of the basement at Parijatham Illam. We are in unit UB-1 at number 42 on V.G.P. Salai. The basement stays a bit cooler than the street level, which is nice during the hotter months in this area. V.G.P. Salai is a well-known road, so people usually don't have a hard time finding the building once they are on the right street. Working in a basement office means we don't always see the sun throughout the day, but it’s a quiet place to get things done. We deal with a lot of home-related links and connections, so there is usually a fair amount of phone work and looking over documents. It’s just a small team of us here. We aren’t some big corporate entity with hundreds of employees. It’s more like a small family business where everyone knows what needs to happen. The street outside can get quite noisy with traffic, but once you step down into UB-1, it gets a lot more peaceful. We’ve been at Parijatham Illam for a while now and we’ve become part of the local landscape. We don't really do much advertising; most people just hear about us through word of mouth or see our sign when they are passing by V.G.P. Salai. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to keep everything organized. It’s a simple, straightforward way to run a business and we’re fine with that life.
