Our office is located at 112 in the Eldorado Building on Nungambakkam High Road. If you know Chennai, you know how busy Nungambakkam can get during the rush hour. The building itself has been around for a while, and being on the High Road means we are right in the middle of everything. We spend a lot of our time in the office trying to keep the air conditioning running because it gets so hot outside. Inside, it’s mostly just stacks of paper, some maps of the city, and our old landline phone that rings more than it should. We handle a lot of the local property stuff from this one room. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us who know the area well enough to help people find a place to stay or set up a shop. We usually start the day with some coffee and go through the list of people we need to call back. The Eldorado Building has a lot of other offices too, so there is always people coming and going in the hallways. Sometimes the noise from the street is a bit much, but you get used to the honking after a few days. We don't have a big corporate setup, just a practical space where we can sit down and do the paperwork for the rentals and sales without any unnecessary distractions.
