You can find Abhi Estates at number 42 on Arcot Road in Vadapalani. It’s a well-known stretch of road, so most people don’t have any trouble getting to us. We’ve been set up in this spot for several years now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our desks and all the property files. Vadapalani is a busy part of the city, and being right on Arcot Road means there’s always something happening outside our window. We spend our days mostly on the telephone or meeting with people who want to talk about land or houses. It’s just a small team of us here, and we handle everything ourselves. We don’t have any big flashy signs, just our name on the front. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when multiple people walk in at once, but we do our best to talk to everyone. We like being in this neighborhood because we know the people and the local shops. It feels like we are part of the furniture here after all this time. If you are coming down Arcot Road, just look for number 42. We are usually in from Monday to Saturday, though we might pop out for a site visit now and then. It’s a simple business, run by regular people who just want to get the job done right. We don’t do anything fancy, just real estate.
