Jones Lang Lasalle Megharaj

So, we are over here in Saidapet, specifically at B6A Parsn Nagar. It is one of those spots in Chennai that stays busy no matter what time it is. Jones Lang Lasalle Megharaj has been sitting in this part of town for a while now. If you know Vgp Salai, you know how it gets with the bikes and people moving around. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done. Some days the humidity really hits you when you walk out the door for lunch. We usually go grab something quick nearby. It is a bit of a maze back here in No-36, but once you find us, it is pretty quiet inside. We deal with property stuff mostly. It isn't always exciting, but it keeps us busy. We have a small team here. People come and go throughout the day. The building is older, has that typical Chennai look to it. We don't spend much time on decorations or looking slick. Most of our time goes into the paperwork and talking to folks on the phone. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but that's just living in this part of the city. We just keep the fans going and wait for it to come back. It's just a regular office, nothing like those huge glass buildings you see in OMR. We like it here though because it feels like a real neighborhood. We have been here for years and we know the tea stall guy around the corner.
