Our office is run by Kesavan.A at No.138 in Annai Sathya Nagar. We are located in Arumbakkam, Chennai, with the pincode 600 106. This part of Tamil Nadu is always busy and quite humid most of the year. The office for Cbre here is just a regular room in a building that has seen better days. We have got our desks set up and we spend the day looking at property details and talking to clients. It is not a high-tech space with glass partitions. It is just a place where we work. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the floor tiles are a bit worn down from people coming in and out. We usually have the window open to get a bit of a breeze, even if it brings in the noise from the street. There is a small shop around the corner where we get our tiffin. We know most of the people who live in the area because it is a very local neighborhood. We do not use any big corporate talk or have long meetings about nothing. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and we do it. Sometimes the files get a bit disorganized, but we know where everything is. It is just a typical Chennai workspace where we try to stay cool and get through the workload without any extra drama or complicated processes to slow us down.
