Bestway Real Estate

Bestway Real Estate is based on Royapettah High Road in Mylapore. This is a part of town with a lot of history and very busy streets. We have our office set up here because it's central and easy for people to find. Working in Mylapore means we deal with a mix of very old houses and some newer apartment blocks. Every day is a bit different. One morning we might be looking at a traditional family home, and the next we are checking out a small office space for rent. We are a small team and we like it that way. It keeps things simple. We don't use any big words or try to act like we know everything. We just use our experience of walking these roads for years. The traffic on Royapettah High Road can be quite something, so we do a lot of our business on foot or by scooter to save time. People often come into the office just to get a sense of what prices are doing in the neighborhood. We don't mind chatting even if they aren't ready to do anything yet. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to work and store our files. We just try to be honest with everyone who walks through the door about what is available. It’s a busy life, but we like being right in the middle of Mylapore and helping folks find a place.
