Dior Properties Investmens Pvt. Ltd. is located at 2C, Easdale Enclave, which is at 11/2 Sterling Rd. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. Sterling Road is usually pretty busy, so there’s always something going on outside our window. Our office isn't very big, but it has everything we need to get through the day. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that are getting a bit full, and a couple of chairs for when people stop by to talk about property. It’s mostly just us handling paperwork and answering phone calls about various investments. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a map of the local area. It’s a practical place to work. We spend a lot of time looking at documents and trying to make sense of different property deals. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. The enclave itself is a decent building, though the elevator is a bit slow sometimes. We like being central because it’s easy for folks to find us if they need to drop off some papers. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that. It’s just regular daily work for us here. We grab lunch from the shops nearby and just keep things moving at our own pace.
