You can find us at New No.17, which used to be Old No.7, on 1st Street in Vishwanathapuram. Chennai is a crowded city, and finding a decent place to stay or work can be a real headache for anyone. We handle spaces here in the Annanagar area. It’s a busy part of town, but our street is a bit tucked away from the loudest noise. We’ve been operating out of this building for some time now. Dealing with property and space in Tamil Nadu involves a lot of paperwork and talking to different people every single day. It’s not always smooth, to be honest. Some days are just filled with fixing small issues or showing people around the rooms we have available. We try to be straightforward about what’s available and what isn't. People usually come to us because they need a spot that’s convenient for their daily commute. We aren't some massive real estate firm with fancy offices. It’s just us working out of this house on 1st Street. We know the local neighborhood well, which helps when people ask where the best shops or bus stops are located. It gets really hot in the afternoons, but we keep the office open and stay on top of the local listings. If you're looking for us, just look for the old and new house numbers on the gate. We just do our bit to help people settle into this part of Chennai without too much fuss.
