You can find us at Yogam Real Estate over on 2nd Avenue in Anna Nagar West. Our door is at A D 3, and we are quite close to the Brand Factory, which most people around here use as a landmark. Anna Nagar is a busy part of the city, and being on the 2nd Avenue means there is always a lot of movement outside. We deal with all sorts of properties around this side of town. Sometimes it is a small flat, other times it might be a bigger house or some commercial space. We have been here long enough to know the lanes and the shortcut roads. Our office isn't anything too flashy. It is just a place where we sit down with people to look over floor plans or lease agreements. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out visiting sites to see what the condition of the buildings is like. It is mostly just straightforward work. We like the neighborhood because everything is handy, from the shops to the tea stalls. If you are in the area near the Brand Factory, you’ve probably passed by our building. We keep things pretty low-key and just focus on the property deals that come to us from the local community. It is a regular day-to-day business for us, making sure folks find what they need without too much fuss or extra trouble. We just do our work.
