We are located on the second floor over at Anna Salai in Tenampet. The building address is a bit confusing because it has both an old number, 536, and a new one, 568. Most people just look for the landmarks nearby though. Being on Anna Salai means it’s always busy outside, which we don’t mind. Our team is small, and we spend most of our time looking at property listings and talking to families or business owners. It is a simple office, nothing too polished or modern. We just have our desks, some old files, and a lot of coffee. We’ve been operating out of Tenampet for a while and know the area pretty well. Whether it’s a small apartment or a bigger commercial spot, we usually have a lead on it. We don’t use a lot of big words or marketing tricks. We just tell people what is available and what the situation is. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving. The workday usually goes by fast because there is always a call to return or a site visit to manage. We aren’t trying to be the biggest agency out there, just a reliable one for the people who live and work around here. It’s a basic, local business and we’re happy with that.
