We are based in the SIDCO Industrial Estate in Ambattur. Our office is number 402. It’s a very busy place to work because of all the factories and warehouses around us. There is always the sound of machinery or trucks passing by. We handle real estate, mostly focused on industrial and local properties. It’s just a few of us here. The office is practical and doesn't have any decorations or anything fancy. We have our desks, some chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend a lot of time dealing with the specific rules for industrial land. It can be quite complicated with all the regulations. We are often out on the estate visiting different plots or meeting with business owners. Ambattur is a major hub, so there is always something happening. We aren't a big polished firm. We just know this area very well because we’ve been here for a long time. We don't do any big advertising. Most people find us because we are right here in the middle of the estate. We drink a lot of tea and spend our days talking to people and filling out forms. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on top of the local market. We just keep our heads down and do the job as best as we can every day. Sometimes the dust is a bit much, but we are used to it by now.
