VJV PROPERTIES LLP

Our office is located at Old No.28, which is now New No.18, on C.V Raman Road in Chennai. The whole old and new number thing can be a bit confusing for delivery people, but we’ve been here long enough that we just tell them to look for the building near the corner. We are in the 600018 area, which is a busy part of town. Inside the VJV PROPERTIES LLP office, it’s just a standard workspace. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of cabinets for all our records. C.V Raman Road is usually quite active, and we get a lot of the street noise inside, but it’s part of the atmosphere of working in Chennai. We spend our hours mostly dealing with the paperwork side of things and keeping track of various property details. It’s not a high-tech office with glowing screens everywhere, just a functional place where we get things done. We usually have the windows open if it’s not too hot, though the AC gets a lot of use in the summer months. There is a sense of routine here, from the morning coffee to the late afternoon dip in energy. We don't try to make the place look like something it isn't. It’s just a plain office where we do our daily jobs and keep things running as smoothly as possible for anyone who stops by or calls us up.
