We have our office set up at No.3 Ganapathy Colony, which is just off Cenotaph Road in Chennai. It is a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main roads, which we actually appreciate. The address is in the 600018 pin code area, and it feels more like a residential street that happens to have a few offices on it. VINYASA REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED operates from here, and we have a fairly simple layout inside. There’s a gate and a small area where we park our scooters. Most of our day is spent at the desks, looking at files or taking calls about different properties in the city. It’s not a very big team, so the office stays relatively quiet unless we are all talking at once. Cenotaph Road is a nice area to be near because it’s quite central but Ganapathy Colony itself feels tucked away. We don’t have any polished marble floors or fancy receptionists; it’s just us doing the work. Sometimes we walk out to the main road to get some tea or just to stretch our legs. The office has a very lived-in feel, with plenty of files and maps around. It is just a regular place where we come to work every morning and leave in the evening. We prefer this kind of practical setup over anything too corporate or showy, because it lets us focus on what actually needs to be done each day.
