Our office is tucked away in the Munnuswamy Complex at number 157. If you know where the Madhavaram Tapal Petti is, then you are basically right there. It is a familiar spot for most people living in this part of Madhavaram. We have been operating from this building for a good while, and the neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first opened the doors. At Vijay Real Estate, we spend most of our mornings going through local listings and talking to people who walk in from the street. It is usually hot outside, so we keep the fan running and have plenty of water for anyone who stops by to chat about property. We handle a lot of the usual stuff like rentals and small sales for families nearby. It is not some big corporate operation with hundreds of employees. Usually, it is just a couple of us handling the paperwork and making sure the files are in order. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it stays silent for hours. We like it that way because it gives us time to actually visit the sites we are talking about. Living around here makes a difference because we know which streets get flooded when it rains and which ones stay quiet at night. We just do our work and try to be helpful to the folks in the complex and the surrounding area.
