We are located at 3, V O C 1st Cross Street in the Kodambakkam area, right near West Mambalam. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but once you find the cross street, we aren't hard to miss. The office is small and usually smells like the coffee from the shop next door. We’ve been working out of this space for some time now, dealing with all the property stuff that comes through this part of Chennai. It’s a busy neighborhood, so there’s always something happening right outside our window. Our desks are piled high with maps and property documents because things are always changing around here. Most of the day is spent either on the phone or walking over to meet people who want to see a plot or a house. We don't really do the whole corporate thing; it’s more about just knowing the streets and who is selling what. People come to us because we’ve been around the block a few times and know the local landlords and owners. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing with all the different rules, but we just sit down and work through it slowly. It’s not always fast, but we get it done eventually. If you’re ever walking around West Mambalam and need to ask about a property, you can just find our door on the first cross street. We’re usually around unless we’ve stepped out for a site visit and locked up for a bit.
