If you are looking for us, we are at No 51 on Ramakrishna Mutt Road, right in the heart of Mylapore. We are up on the first floor. This part of Chennai is always full of life, especially with the temple nearby and the constant flow of people on RK Mutt Road. Our office isn't anything spectacular, just a functional space where we handle things for VELVETRI PROPERTIES LLP. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, and you can hear the buses rumbling past all day long. Mylapore has that old-world charm, but the traffic on this road is definitely modern and fast. We have our desks set up and a few fans going to keep the heat away. It’s a practical location because it’s so central, even if parking can be a total nightmare for anyone visiting. We mostly just sit here and handle the paperwork or talk to people who are interested in what’s happening in the local market. There is no fancy corporate branding inside, just the usual office stuff like calendars on the wall and stacks of documents. It’s a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we manage. We like being in this neighborhood because everything is close by, from the coffee shops to the stationery stores. It’s just a regular local business life for us here, where the coffee is strong and the work keeps coming in daily.
