Anr Exports

We are Anr Exports, and our office is on the 1st floor at No. 34 Venkateswara Nagar in Velachery. Velachery is a very crowded part of Chennai and finding our building among all the shops and houses can be a bit of a challenge. Since we are on the first floor, we have a view of the street, which is always full of traffic and people. We deal with exporting various goods, so there are always stacks of boxes waiting to be taped up and sent off. The sound of packing tape is something we hear all day long. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking shipping schedules and talking to people at the port. It gets pretty hectic when we have a big shipment going out. The office isn't very big, so we have to be careful about how we stack things so we don't trip over them. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp during the busy hours. Sometimes the rain in Velachery makes things difficult and we have to make sure nothing gets wet. It’s just a few of us here doing the work. We don't have a big corporate structure; we just handle the orders as they come in. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the labels are correct. We just keep moving and trying to stay on top of the schedule every week.
