Our office is located at 327, Mint Street, on the 2nd floor in the Park Town area. If you know Mint Street, you know it is one of the busiest places you can find. Manoj Babuji Exports India Pvt. Ltd. operates right in the thick of it. Getting up to the second floor involves a narrow set of stairs that can be a bit of a challenge if you’re carrying boxes. We do a lot of exporting, so there are always samples and packing materials lying around. It feels a bit cramped because we have so many files and boxes of products ready to be checked. We spend a lot of time on the phone with customs people or talking to shipping agents. The noise from the street below never really stops, so you just learn to work through it. We aren't a big, polished company with a reception desk. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from whatever we are packing or typing. It’s hard work and the hours can be long when we have a big deadline for a shipment. We eat our lunch quickly and get back to it. Park Town has its own energy, and we are just another part of that daily grind. We’ve been here for a while and we know the other traders on the street. It’s just about getting the goods out and keeping things moving. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it is a bit of a mess.
