Our office is located at number 4 on Chamiers Road in Nandambakkam. It’s not a very big place. We mostly deal with property sales and management. We have been working from this location for quite a few years now. It’s just a small team of us. We don’t have a fancy corporate structure or anything like that. We just come in every morning and get to work. Most of our time is spent on the phone or meeting people at different sites around town. Nandambakkam is a decent area, but the traffic on Chamiers Road can be a real headache sometimes. We have a lot of documents and folders piled up on our desks. Real estate involves a lot of reading and checking details, so we spend a lot of time doing that. We aren't the type of people to use big words or make grand promises. We just tell people the facts about the properties we have. Sometimes we are out of the office for hours at a time showing houses. We don't have a big marketing department. We just rely on people knowing who we are. It’s a lot of work and sometimes things go slow, but we keep at it. We just focus on getting the deals done and making sure the paperwork is right. That’s pretty much our whole day. We take our tea breaks when we can and just keep moving.
