Ushus Estates Llp

Ushus Estates Llp is based in Pudupet. We are on the seventh floor of the Empee Tower on Harris Road. Pudupet is famous for all the old car parts shops but our street is a bit different. Empee Tower is a large building with many different offices. The elevators can be quite slow in the mornings when everyone is arriving for work. From our windows on the seventh floor you can see the roofs of the city and the river. It is not a perfect view but it is interesting to look at. Our office is at number 59. It is a functional space where we handle our estate business. It stays fairly quiet inside even though the traffic on Harris Road is very loud outside. Pudupet has its own kind of busy energy. We have been in this building for some time now. We have some metal cabinets for our files and a few desks. We are not trying to look fancy for anyone. It is just a place to get the paperwork done. Chennai-600002 is a very central part of the old city. You can walk over to Mount Road if the weather is not too bad. We usually go to one of the small local mess halls for lunch. The food is always hot and spicy. It is just our regular daily routine here in the tower.
