Upscale Realty Private Limited is located out in Kandigai. We are in Tower 31 of the Unihomes Phase 1 complex. Our office is G03 which is on the ground floor. It is right near the Delhi Public School. You can hear the school bells and the children playing during their break times. This part of the outskirts is very residential. There are many young families living in the different towers here. Our office is just a regular room that we have set up for work. We mostly look at properties in this specific area. It is a long drive from the center of Chennai. The air feels a little bit fresher out here compared to the city. We have a small table and a few chairs for when people visit. Most of the time it is just us working on the computers and talking on the phone. The Unihomes project is quite big so we spend a lot of time walking between the buildings. The security guards at the main gate know us by now. It is a very simple setup. We do not have fancy decorations or big sofas. Kandigai has changed a lot from being a small village to a busy housing hub. We see new things being built every single day. We usually get our tea from a small canteen nearby. It is a quiet way to run a business.
