Our office is up on the second floor of the Ishpani Center. If you know Nungambakkam High Road, you know how the traffic can get. It is a loud part of town, but once you get up to No. 15, things quiet down a bit. We have been working from this spot for a good bit of time. People come in from all over the city asking about apartments or office spaces. We keep a lot of files on the desks, and it might look a bit messy to some, but we know where everything is. Usually, there is a lot of back and forth between us and the owners. It takes time to get everything sorted out. We don't have any big flashy signs, just the name on the door. Most of our day is spent making calls or driving out to see different buildings. The city is always changing, so there is always something new to look at. We see a lot of different people, from young couples to older folks wanting to sell. It is practical work. Sometimes we stay late when the paperwork piles up. Nungambakkam is a central place to be, so it makes sense for us to stay here. We just handle the real estate needs of the people who walk through that door at Ishpani Center. It is a straightforward business, no more, no less. We just keep at it and handle the daily grind without making a big fuss about things.
