Swara Realtors has been operating out of Shenoy Nagar for a good bit of time now. Our office is located at 10/1, 8Th West Cross Street. It is a decent neighborhood and we like the people around here. We aren't some big corporate firm with a hundred employees. It is just a few of us working out of this space. We spend our days looking at property listings and trying to match them up with what people are asking for. Our office doesn't have any of those sleek glass walls or expensive furniture. It is just a regular room with desks and chairs and a lot of paper. We don't have a mission statement or any of that stuff. We just come in, do the work, and try to be helpful. Shenoy Nagar is a busy area but our street is usually okay. Most of our clients come from word of mouth or just people walking past 8th West Cross Street. We know the local market pretty well because we live and work right in the middle of it. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up and things get a bit messy, but we always get through it. We aren't trying to sell you a dream, just trying to find you a house or a plot that works. If you are in the area, you can stop by and see us. We’re usually around.
