Sukra Beauty Parlour

Sukra Beauty Parlour is located inside the Prince Panna Apartments at No 7/24. This is in the Triplicane area, specifically on Lloyds Road. Since it is inside an apartment building, it feels a bit different from a shop that is right on the main street. You have to come into the complex to find us. The room we use isn't very large, but it fits everything we need like the chairs and the storage cupboards for the towels and products. We have some bright lights fixed to the ceiling so we can see everything clearly when we are working. The apartment walls are thick, so it stays a bit quieter in here compared to the noise of the traffic outside on Lloyds Road. Usually, we have a few regulars who live in the same building or the next one over. They just call or knock on the door when they want something done. We keep the towels in a stack near the sink and try to keep them dry. The floor is white tile, which shows every bit of hair, so we are always using the broom. Sometimes the fan makes a little clicking noise, but we’ve gotten used to it. It’s a very local kind of place where everyone knows each other’s names. We don't have any fancy decorations, just the things we use every day for hair and skin. It’s just where we work and see the neighbors. Some people stay for a chat even after we finish.
