Sri Vaari Estates

Our office is at No 2 in the TNHB Complex over in Anna Nagar West. It’s a well-known building in this part of the city. We’ve been operating Sri Vaari Estates from here for quite some time. It’s a straightforward operation. We handle local real estate, mostly focused on the residential side of things around Anna Nagar. It’s a busy neighborhood and there’s always something happening with property prices. We spend a lot of our time out on the street, meeting people at different houses or looking at empty plots. When we are back at the desk, it’s mostly just returning calls and updating our lists. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us and a couple of phones. We like the way we work because it’s direct. If someone wants to know about a flat or a piece of land, we just tell them what we know. There isn't any fluff. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we want, but that’s just part of the business. The TNHB complex is a good place to be because everyone knows where it is. We get a lot of walk-ins who are just curious about the market. We take our time with each person and try to be useful. It’s a honest way to make a living and we’ve built up some good relationships here.
