SPVC REALITY LLP

Our office is at 3, Orchard Manor, specifically in flat C-8 on Dewan Rama Road. It’s in the Perambur Purasawalkam area of Chennai. It’s a busy spot most days because of the location, but inside the office, it’s just the usual setup with some desks and people handling paperwork. We’ve been here at this address for a bit now, and most of us know the neighborhood pretty well. You have to navigate some traffic to get to this part of town, especially during the peak hours in the morning and evening, but that is just how Chennai is. The building itself is called Orchard Manor and it feels more like a residential block that we use for work. There is nothing too fancy about the place; we just have what we need to get through the day. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because there are a few flats here, but we usually sort it out. On Dewan Rama Road, there are always things happening outside, people moving around and small shops doing their thing. We spend most of our time at our desks or talking on the phone. It is a practical place to be located for what we do for SPVC REALITY LLP. We don't really have a big reception or anything like that, just a regular door that everyone uses. Most people who come here are looking for us anyway, so they find us eventually. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
