SLD DIGITAL ESTATES AND PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based in Ambattur at Thirumalai Nagar. Our office is on the first floor of building number four on 3rd Street. It's a busy part of Tiruvallur. We do a mix of things here, dealing with digital estates and more traditional properties. It’s just a small group of us working together. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have our computers and a few chairs for when people visit us. Most of our work involves looking at listings and talking to owners. We spend a good amount of time on the phone. Sometimes the internet acts up which makes it hard to do the digital side of the job. We've been in this neighborhood for a while now. We know where the good spots are and what’s coming up for sale. We don't use a lot of fancy words. We just talk plain. Managing property records takes up most of our afternoons. It’s a lot of typing and filing. We try to keep everything in order but it gets messy when we are busy. Ambattur has changed a lot with more people moving in. We just keep doing our daily routine. We show up early and stay until the work is done. It’s not a glamorous life but it keeps us busy. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay honest with everyone. That's the way we work.
