Our office is at Suraj Kunj over in Nungambakkam. The address is a bit confusing because it is New No. 18 but people still say Old No. 8 on Rutland Gate 5th Street. We’ve had a few delivery people get lost looking for us lately. It’s a small realty firm. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know the city well. Most of the time we are busy with phone calls or out checking on building sites. Nungambakkam is always crowded so finding a place to park near the office is a real chore. We have been at this for some time now. We aren't into big speeches or fancy marketing. We just handle the buying and selling of property. The office is usually full of files and old maps. We drink a lot of coffee while we go through all the legal papers. It can be a bit much sometimes but that’s the business. We focus on the practical side of things. If someone needs a place, we try to find it. We know the streets around here like the back of our hand. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours. Some days we don't even get to sit down until late in the evening. We just keep going and try to stay busy. It's a regular life for us here at the office. We just do what needs to be done.
