Shakira Beauty Parlour

Shakira Beauty Parlour is located right in Mannady. We are at number 28/74 on Ayappa Chetty Street. If you know where the Excellant Hotel is, we are quite close to that. Chennai is always warm, so we keep the fans going all day. It’s a small shop. We do hair, some henna sometimes, and the usual beauty things. Mannady is a crowded place with lots of narrow streets and people rushing around. Our street has its own rhythm. We've been here long enough that we know the shopkeepers next door. The parlour isn't anything fancy. It’s just a room with the equipment we need to get through the day. Most of our ladies come from the nearby apartments. They stop by after finishing their house work or picking up the kids. We don't have a big marketing plan. We just open the doors and wait for people. Sometimes it gets busy on weekends and we have to move quickly. We do our best to get everyone through without making them wait too long in the heat. The address is 600001, right in the heart of things. It’s an old part of the city. We like the energy here even when it’s noisy outside with the bikes and the vendors. We don't use expensive products, just what works for our customers. People trust us because we've been around for years. We just keep our heads down and work. It's a modest place but it serves the people on Ayappa Chetty Street well enough.
