Shahul Real Estate

We've been here on Redhills Road for a while now. Shahul Real Estate is just a small office where we handle property stuff for people around Kolathur. It gets busy here, especially with the traffic on the main road, but we try to keep things moving. Most people just walk in or give us a call when they need to find a place or sell something they own. It’s not a fancy setup, just a desk and some chairs where we talk through the paperwork. We know this area pretty well since we spend all day here. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than expected, but that's just how it goes with land and houses. We handle the local listings and try to keep track of who's moving where. If you're driving down Redhills Road, you'll see our sign. It’s nothing big. We deal with all sorts of people, from families looking for a small house to folks wanting to rent. Every day is a bit different. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea, other days the phone won't stop ringing. We just do the work and try to be helpful when someone asks about a plot or a flat nearby. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a huge team, just a couple of us making sure everything is handled correctly. If you're in the neighborhood, you probably know where we are. We're just here doing our thing on the ground and trying to keep everything organized.
