You can find me at 151, Mudichur Main Road in Vandalur. It’s a busy stretch of road, and there is always something going on outside. I set up Sathish Real Estate here because Vandalur is growing so fast. My office is basically just a front room with a couple of chairs and a table. I keep the door open most of the day so people can just poke their heads in and ask about prices. I handle a lot of plots and individual houses around this area. It’s a lot of work, keeping track of who owns what and making sure the titles are clear. I spend a lot of time at the local registrar's office or out in the sun showing pieces of land to buyers. I usually have a bit of mud on my shoes from walking the sites. That’s just part of the job. I don't believe in using big marketing talk. I just tell people what I know about the ground, the drainage, and the future roads planned by the government. My English isn't perfect, and I don't care much for polished presentations. I just show the site, talk about the price, and help with the local paperwork if they decide to buy. It’s a one-man show mostly. If I’m not in the office, there’s a note on the door with my mobile number. I’m usually just a few minutes away on my scooter anyway.
