Rudra Man Power & Real Estate

Started out at 69 Old Mamallapuram Road in Kelambakkam quite a while back now. The office isn't much to look at but it gets the job done for us and the people who come by looking for work or land. Most days it is just us sitting here handling the paperwork and talking to folks who walk in off the street. Kelambakkam has changed a lot since we set up here. The road is always busy with traffic going up and down OMR. We handle both man power and real estate stuff which keeps us pretty occupied from morning until evening. It is a lot of phone calls and checking on files. Sometimes the fan makes too much noise but we just get on with things. People know where to find us near the main stretch. We don't really do much fancy stuff here. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of registers filled with names and plots. Usually, the tea guy comes around twice a day and that is when we take a small break. Dealing with real estate in this part of town means knowing the local lanes well. We also look after the labor side of things which is a different kind of headache sometimes. It's just a regular local business life. Nothing like those big corporate offices in the city. We just stay here at number 69 and do what needs doing every day. It gets dusty with the road construction nearby but we keep the doors open anyway.
