Royal Trends Beauty Care Centre

We are located at number 358 on T.H. Road in Old Washermanpet. Chennai is a big, hot city and this street is always packed with people. Royal Trends Beauty Care Centre is just a regular spot amongst all the shops. It isn't a massive place, just enough room for the stations and a few people to wait. I try to keep the air moving with the fans because the heat can be something else in Old Washermanpet. The noise from the traffic on T.H. Road never really stops. You get used to the sound of buses and horns after a while. I spend most of my day on my feet, moving from one chair to the next. The floor is tiled and I spend a lot of time with the broom. It’s a simple setup. We have the basic mirrors and the chairs that rotate. I don’t use any of those corporate scripts when I talk to people. We just chat about the day or the traffic. A lot of folks from around here have been coming to this spot for a long time. It’s a neighborhood thing. I keep the scissors sharp and the water bottles filled. It’s a long day from morning to night, but that is how it goes. The sign outside is plain and it has been there for years. We just do the work and close up when it's late. That's our day.
