Our agency is tucked away at 20-C on Ponniamman Koil Street in Kotturpuram. If you know the street, you know it leads right to the temple, so it gets very crowded on certain days of the week. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The shop is small, just enough room for a desk and a couple of visitors to sit down. Ravi is usually the one you’ll see if you drop by. He’s lived in Kotturpuram for most of his life, so he knows the streets and the buildings better than anyone. We handle mostly local rentals and some sales within this neighborhood. It’s a busy street with people walking to the temple and shops nearby, so there is always some noise and activity right outside our door. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s more of a neighborhood shop where people come to chat as much as they do to talk about property. Sometimes we have files piled up on the floor because we run out of shelf space, but we know where everything is. We don’t use fancy brochures. If someone wants to see a place, we just grab the keys and walk over there with them. It’s a simple way to run an agency, but the people around here seem to like that we’re just regular folks like them. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning until evening.
