Ramakrishna Real Estate

Ramakrishna Real Estate is located at 8Bf2 in the Ambal Apartment building. This is over in Venkateswara Nagar, right near the Vijaya Nagar Bus Terminus in Velacheri. Being so close to the bus terminus means there is always a lot of noise and activity nearby. You can hear the buses pulling in and out all day long. Our office is inside the apartment complex, so it feels a bit more like a home than a corporate building. We have been operating out of Velacheri for a good bit of time. It is a busy part of the city, and Venkateswara Nagar has grown a lot. We spend our days mostly answering the phone and checking on various local listings. The office at Ambal Apartment is where we keep all our records. It is not a very big space, but we have enough room for a desk and a few chairs for when people drop by to talk about property. Sometimes we go out for a quick meal at one of the small shops near the terminus. The walk is short, but the heat can be tough. We know the streets around here quite well since we are always out and about looking at different sites. We just keep things simple and try to stay on top of the local real estate changes. It is a lot of walking and talking to people in the neighborhood. We don't have any fancy signs out front.
