We are over at 36 Balfour Road in Kilpauk. Ramajith Realtors Private Limited has been based here for some time. It’s a decent neighborhood and we like the vibe of the street. Our office isn't anything too special, just a place where we sit down and talk to people about real estate. Most of the time, we are out visiting sites or meeting people at their homes. When we are in, it’s mostly just handling the day-to-day stuff that comes with running a small business. Kilpauk is a busy area, but our spot is relatively easy to find once you get on Balfour Road. We don't really do the whole big marketing thing. We mostly get by through people knowing us in the area. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and keeping track of who is selling what. Real estate can be tricky, so we just try to keep it basic. We don’t promise anything we can’t do. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we get through it. It’s just us here, working hard and trying to make a living like everyone else. The office gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have the fan going. We’ve seen a lot of houses in this part of town. If you’re around Kilpauk, you’ve probably walked past our building. We’re just regular folks doing our jobs as best we can. It's just a lot of walking and talking, really.
