Raju Estates

Raju Estates is located at No. 22 in the R R Flat building. We are right across from Vidhyodaya School on Thirumalai Pillai Road in T Nagar. If you know T Nagar, you know it is a very busy part of the city with lots of people and cars. The school across the street means there are always kids and parents around during the day. Our office is a modest space on the ground floor. We handle all sorts of estate work here. It is mostly us sitting at our desks and taking calls. We spend a lot of time walking around the neighborhood to look at different properties. T Nagar has a mix of old houses and new apartments, so there is always something different to see. We are not a huge team. It is just a few of us who have been doing this for a while. We keep our records in big folders and try to stay organized. Sometimes the street gets flooded when it rains hard, which is just part of living in this area. We like being in T Nagar because everything is close by. You can get a good coffee or find a shop for anything you need just by walking a few blocks. We just do our work and keep things simple for everyone involved. It is not a complicated operation, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening every single day.
