Our office is located at 1/1, Chennai Tiruvallur High Road in Villivakkam. It’s a busy spot right on the main road, which is good for people seeing our sign, but it can get quite loud with all the buses going past. Rajesh Real Estate has been around this part of Villivakkam for a long time. We mostly deal with houses and land around here. The office is pretty simple, just some old wooden desks and a calendar on the wall that I sometimes forget to flip. We have a lot of people just walking in because they saw the name while they were stuck in traffic. I usually have a stack of papers to go through, and the phone rings more than I’d like some days. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of what we do is just talking to neighbors and keeping track of who is moving where. It’s a lot of legwork, going out to look at plots of land or checking on a house that’s for rent. We try to be fair with everyone. Sometimes we have to tell people things they don't want to hear about prices, but that's just part of the job. It’s a decent life, and we like being part of the community here on the High Road. Most of our day is spent helping people figure out their housing situations without any fuss.
