Our place is on the third floor of Mount Chambers, specifically Unit J. We are at 758 Anna Salai, which is a very busy part of the city. You have to take the stairs or the lift up to the 3rd floor to find us. It’s an old building with a lot of character, though the hallway lighting is sometimes a bit dim. We’ve been Rai Property Consultant for quite a while now. The office has a lot of old wooden desks and chairs that have been with us since the start. You can hear the hum of the traffic from Anna Salai all day long. It’s a constant sound that we’ve grown to love. We don’t have a big reception area or anyone to open the door for you. Usually, one of us just looks up from our desk when someone walks in. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We spend a lot of our time looking at records and talking to owners. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency around. We just like doing our work quietly in this corner of Mount Chambers. Sometimes we share lunch at the big table in the back. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We know the streets around here better than anyone else because we’ve walked them so many times. It's just a regular office for regular people trying to find a place.
