We've been over here on Bajanai Koil 5th Street in Choolaimedu for a while now. Most people know the spot because it’s right near Keyndra Vidhyalaya Matriculation School, which makes it easy to find. R J Real Estate is just a small office where we handle the day-to-day work of helping people with property. It’s a busy neighborhood, and we spend most of our time talking to neighbors or showing folks around the local streets. We don't have a big fancy setup. It’s mostly just us sitting at the desks, answering the phone, and keeping track of who is moving where. Choolaimedu has changed a lot, but this part of the 5th street stays pretty much the same. If you are walking by the school, you probably see us. We deal with houses and land around here because we live in the area too. It’s not complicated. People come in, ask about a place, and we tell them what we know. Sometimes the traffic on the street gets a bit loud, especially when school lets out, but we like being in the middle of it all. We keep our files organized and try to make sure everything is clear for whoever walks through the door. It is just a regular local business run by people who know these blocks well. We are usually around if anyone needs to chat about a rental or a sale. That is basically how we operate every day.
