Propliving Realty Private Limited is tucked away on the 7th floor of Spencer Plaza Phase II. You can find us in suite 233 if you’re ever walking through Anna Salai. It’s a bit of a maze in here sometimes, but we’ve made this little corner our home. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going through the latest property listings. It isn't a massive corporate office with glass walls; it's just a functional space where we do our work. Some days are quieter than others, depending on how many people are looking to buy or sell. We deal with all sorts of real estate stuff across Chennai. The office at #714A is where the paperwork gets handled. We aren't flashy people. We just know the local area and try to be helpful when someone comes in looking for advice on a house. The traffic on Anna Salai is always a nightmare, so we’re usually here early to beat the rush. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. Dealing with property can be a headache, so we just try to take it one step at a time. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have big slogans or anything like that. Just a small team trying to keep things moving. If the door is open, someone is usually at the desk ready to talk. That's pretty much how we run things here every day.
