Properties Pick is an office located at Vantage Plaza on Mahatma Gandhi Road in Thiruvanmyur. We are up on the second floor in unit 2 E. It’s a pretty busy road, so having the office on the second floor helps a bit with the noise. We focus mostly on the local area here in Thiruvanmyur. Most of our day involves talking to landlords or people looking to buy a flat in the neighborhood. We aren't a big corporation; we are just a small team working out of this plaza. The office has a few desks and some chairs for visitors. We don't have any flashy signs or big displays. People usually find us because they are already in the plaza or they saw our name on the directory downstairs. MG Road is a central spot, so we get people coming in from all over the place. We try to keep our records updated, though sometimes it’s hard when things move fast. Real estate around here changes quite a bit, so we spend time walking around the nearby streets to see what’s new. It’s a lot of legwork. We just help with the basic steps of getting a property deal done. It’s a straightforward business and we stay busy with the local crowd. We aren't doing anything fancy, just standard real estate work for folks in this part of the city.
