We are located at New No. 5, which used to be Old No. 3, on III Main Road in R A Puram. It’s a well-known neighborhood, and we’ve been part of the community for a while now. Propcierge Homes Private Limited is basically a small group of us looking after houses and helping people find their way in the local market. R A Puram is a busy place, but our office on III Main Road is a bit of a refuge from all the traffic. We don't have a corporate headquarters; we just have this space where we manage everything. A lot of our work involves keeping track of maintenance and checking in on properties for owners who might not live nearby. We aren't into big, flashy advertisements. Most of our work comes from people in the area who know us or have seen us around. It’s a lot of practical, day-to-day stuff like fixing leaks or making sure the keys are where they should be. We use simple English and don't try to sound more important than we are. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with all the keys and invoices piled up, but we know where everything is. We just like being here in R A Puram and doing our jobs without too much fuss. If you’re walking down III Main Road, you’ll see our sign. We are usually in there, working through the list of things that need to get done for the day.
